The menu is shaped by the collaboration between Hà, the founder of VinRice, and our two main chefs: Hưng, first runner-up on Top Chef Vietnam, and Hội, who led his team and previous restaurant to a spot among the top 25 upscale restaurants in the Vietnam Michelin Guide.
